Frequently Asked Questions
These are some of our most commonly asked questions and answers. If you do not find the answers you are looking for here, you can contact us.
Q: What do I need to do to join and order?
A: Follow the steps below to join our group and place your first order:
- You must have an account to order.
- Click on Login/Register tab to either register for an account or login to your account.
- If you have an account login using the username and password you signed up with when you registered.
- If you don't have an account, the registration link is below the login, click it and follow the instructions to register for an account.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password link and it will be emailed to the email address you registered with.
- To Order click on the category to your left you wish to order from and find the product you wish to order.
- Click the View Button, Product Name or Photo to go to that product page. Click the Add To Cart to put that product in your shopping cart. You can choose a quantity then or later in your cart when you checkout.
- Any time you change the quantity of a product in your cart be sure and click Update to update the quantity in the cart.
- When you are ready to check out, click the Checkout Button.
- If you are logged in you will go to the next page which shows the shipping and payment choices, if you are not logged in you will be directed to the login page.
- On the Shipping and Payment page if you have special instructions put them in the Order Notes box and click continue.
- Review your order and be sure everything is correct, if you need to make changes to your order go back to the previous screens. To complete your order click the Confirm Button on the bottom of the page or your order will not go through. If you wish to just save the cart and add to it, DO NOT click the Confirm Button and your cart will be there when you decide to checkout later.
- If you save your cart/order but do not complete your order for a given week, your cart/order will be deleted.
- If you wish to save items to order at a later date, login and in your account click the product category, click on the View Button, Product Name or Photo to go to that product page. Click the Wishlist Button instead of the Add To Cart button and save things to your wishlist to order at any later date.
- You will receive a copy of your invoice via email. Bring this invoice with you to pick up.
Q: Can I pay by check, cash, or credit card?
A: Swanson accepts cash or credit cards only, no checks, no exceptions.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: You can login to your account and cancel your order anytime while it is pending, just click the cancel order link. Once it is processing it can't be cancelled.
